Correct — for our stocked series, standing account holders can restock a single SKU from 20 m² without a container-level minimum. Custom colours and non-stocked items still follow standard OEM MOQ rules.
How quickly can you turn around an urgent restock?
Standing account holders with approved specs on file typically see restocks confirmed and dispatched within 48 hours. First-time orders follow our standard 7-day process while your account and terms are set up.
Do you offer sample kits before we commit to a first stock order?
Yes. New retail accounts receive a discounted first sample kit covering our core-range colourways, so you can evaluate quality and finish before placing a full stock order.
Can we mix small quantities of multiple series in one restock order?
Yes — standing account restocks can combine multiple stocked series in a single order, as long as each SKU meets its individual 20 m² minimum.
What happens if a colour we stock gets discontinued?
We give standing account holders advance notice before discontinuing any active SKU, along with the option to place a final restock order or transition to the closest colour match in our current range.
