A 200-Room Programme Has
No Room for a Shade Mismatch

Hotel and large commercial fit-outs don't order once — they order in phases, often across 12 to 36 months, as construction reaches each floor or wing. A supplier who can't guarantee that batch 6 matches batch 1 forces you into an unplanned re-tiling job, a delayed opening date, or a visibly inconsistent finish the client will notice on day one.

We built our commercial supply process specifically around multi-phase programmes — because for a project of this scale, "close enough" on colour is not an acceptable standard.

Batch Consistency at ScaleEvery phase shipment is matched against your original approved sample — not just the previous shipment.
Delivery Matched to ConstructionPhased shipments timed to floor-by-floor or wing-by-wing completion — material arrives when installers need it, not before.

Documentation for Every StakeholderCompliance certificates and batch records ready for the developer, contractor, and design team — not just whoever placed the order.

The Five Questions Every Project Team Asks First

Straight answers, no sales pitch — this is what governs every commercial quote we send.

Q1

MOQ

Project-scale orders typically start from 500 m². For multi-phase programmes, we reserve production capacity against your total forecast volume, released per phase as construction progresses.

From 500 m² per phase
Q2

Lead Time

First-phase production: 30–45 days from sample approval. Subsequent phases on an approved spec ship in 14–21 days, scheduled to your construction milestones, not held to a rigid factory calendar.

Phased to your schedule
Q3

Packaging

Carton labelling coded to your finish schedule and area designation (e.g. Lobby, Floor 3 Corridor) to simplify site receiving and reduce installer error on large multi-area programmes.

Q4

Certifications

PEI IV–V wear rating, ISO 9001, CE and ANSI A137.1 documentation issued per phase shipment — ready for your project file, contractor submittals and developer sign-off.

Project Support

Dedicated project account manager for the life of the programme — coordinating with developer, contractor and design team through every phase, from first sample to final handover.

From Project Brief to Final Handover

01

Project Brief

Share total area, phasing plan and construction timeline. We confirm capacity and reserve production slots against your forecast.

02

Master Sample Approval

One approved sample becomes the reference standard for every phase shipment across the entire programme.

03

Phase 1 Production

First shipment produced and batch-matched to the master sample, with certification documentation for project sign-off.

04

Phased Delivery

Subsequent phases scheduled to your construction milestones — each batch verified against the master sample before shipment.

05

Handover & Attic Stock

Final phase includes recommended attic stock reserve for future repairs, plus full documentation archive for facilities management.

Material Arrives When Your Site Is Ready — Not Before

A single upfront shipment for a multi-year programme means either warehousing costs on your side or storage risk on ours. Instead, we structure delivery around your actual construction sequence, releasing production in step with each phase.

Hotel & Commercial Project — Common Questions

Can you reserve production capacity before we have a final phasing schedule?
Yes. Once total forecast volume and an approximate phasing window are confirmed, we can provisionally reserve capacity, with exact phase-release dates adjusted as your construction schedule firms up.
What happens if construction is delayed between phases?
Production for the affected phase is paused or rescheduled — we don't manufacture and ship material with nowhere to go. Your reserved capacity is held for a mutually agreed period; extended delays beyond that are discussed case by case.
How is colour matched across shipments 18 months apart?
We retain a physical reference sample from your original master approval. Every subsequent phase batch is compared against that same physical reference — not against the previous shipment — using standardised light-box colour verification.
Can documentation be issued to multiple stakeholders (developer, contractor, designer)?
Yes. Compliance certificates, batch records and delivery documentation can be issued or copied to as many project stakeholders as required — developer, main contractor, design consultant and facilities management.
Do you recommend attic stock for future repairs?
Yes — for large commercial programmes we typically recommend 2–5% attic stock held in reserve. Colour-matched replacement material from the original production run is rarely available more than 2–3 years after the programme closes.
