Custom mosaic means the mosaic is produced to your specification rather than selected from a catalog: a defined color, a defined pattern, a defined sheet size, and packaging carrying your own brand. It is the normal route for importers and distributors building a private-label line, and for projects that require a pattern no catalog covers.

What can be customized
| Element | Options |
|---|---|
| Color | Matching against a physical sample, a Pantone reference or a project photo |
| Pattern | Waterjet patterns, geometric layouts, borders, medallions, bespoke artwork |
| Sheet size and format | Adjusted to your installation method and packaging |
| Backing | Mesh-backed or paper-faced, depending on series |
| Packaging | Private-label cartons, inserts, printed labels |
Development process
- Brief. You provide artwork, a physical reference or a color target, plus the intended application.
- Design. The mill’s CAD and 3D design team turns the brief into a production drawing for approval.
- Sample. A physical sample is produced for your sign-off. Color approval happens on the physical piece, not on screen.
- Production. Approved sample becomes the production reference; inspection is carried out against it.
- Packing and shipping. Export packing with your branding, documents issued for customs.
What determines cost and lead time
- Pattern complexity. Waterjet and shaped patterns take longer than straight-cut formats.
- Color development. A new color requires a development run; a color matched to an existing series does not.
- Quantity. Small runs carry a higher per-unit cost because setup is fixed.
- Artwork readiness. Vector artwork and a clear color target shorten the review cycle significantly.
We confirm minimum quantity and development lead time against your specific brief rather than quoting a blanket figure that will not hold.

Quality, testing and compliance
Production is supported by third-party testing. Certificates currently on file cover SGS material testing, RoHS compliance, ISO 9001 quality management and Intertek inspection. Test reports are issued per production batch.
Material data sheets — including water absorption, dimensional tolerance, DCOF, PEI rating and frost resistance where applicable — are supplied with each quotation so specifiers can verify performance against project requirements rather than rely on generic claims.
Ordering, sampling and lead time
| Sample | Cut samples from current stock; custom colors require a development lead time |
| MOQ | Confirmed per series and finish at quotation stage |
| Lead time | Confirmed per order; stock items ship faster than production runs |
| Packing | Export cartons on pallets, with project or private-label marking on request |
| Documents | Commercial invoice, packing list, test reports, certificate of origin |
