Solutions for Importers & Wholesalers | mosiacpeel Mosaic Tile

Sourcing Isn't Your Product —
It's Your Risk

As an importer or wholesaler, the tile itself is only half the job. The real work is protecting your margin against a factory that changes terms mid-order, a shade mismatch that gets discovered at your warehouse instead of theirs, or a payment structure that ties up cash you need for the next container.

We built our supply model around the problems importers actually lose sleep over — not the ones factories assume you have.

Container EconomicsEvery quote is priced to fill a container efficiently — no wasted volume, no awkward mixed-load surcharges.

Three Container Shipments, Zero Shade Variance

"Colour consistency across three separate shipments was flawless. That's rare from any factory relationship, let alone one on the other side of the world."

Importer & Wholesaler — Common Questions

Can you mix multiple product series in one container?
Yes. There is no per-SKU container minimum — you can combine glass, marble, ceramic and peel-and-stick series in a single shipment, provided total order value meets our standard container threshold. We help you plan the mix for efficient container loading.
How do you guarantee shade consistency across reorders?
Every approved order is logged against a dye lot reference. Reorders are matched against that reference using standardised light-box colour verification before shipment — not just visual comparison.
What payment terms do you offer for first-time importers?
First orders typically require 30% deposit with 70% balance against shipping documents, via T/T, L/C or Alibaba Trade Assurance. Terms can flex toward more favourable structures once a reorder history is established.
Can you produce fully private label packaging with no reference to your company?
Yes. Carton design, product labels and documentation can be produced entirely under your brand. We sign confidentiality agreements on request and do not disclose the relationship to third parties.
Do you handle customs documentation for our destination country?
We prepare standard export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading. Destination-country import compliance (duties, local certification) remains the importer's responsibility, and we're happy to advise based on prior shipment experience to your market.
