Tile Is One Line
on a Much Bigger Schedule

For a general contractor, tile isn't the project — it's one trade among a dozen others, competing for the same site access, the same delivery windows, and the same budget line that has to hold from bid submission to final handover. A supplier who can't hit a delivery date holds up drywall, flooring and final inspection right behind it.

You also can't afford a material cost swinging mid-build after you've already locked a fixed price with the property owner. We built our commercial supply process around the two things that actually determine whether a contractor works with us again: a bid-ready quote fast enough to use, and a spec that doesn't move once it's locked.

Bid-Speed QuotesPricing turned around fast enough to include in a tender submission — not a week after your deadline has passed.
Locked Spec, Locked PriceOnce a spec is confirmed for your development, pricing holds across every phase — no surprise cost escalation mid-build.
Delivery Around Your TradesMaterial scheduled to your site access windows and trade sequencing, not a generic factory dispatch calendar.
Warranty You Can Stand BehindWritten product warranty documentation to support your own liability chain back to the property owner.

The Five Questions Every Contractor Asks First

Straight answers, no sales pitch — this is what governs every quote we send into a bid.

Q1

MOQ

From 500 m² per development. For multi-unit or multi-phase builds, we lock a single spec across the entire project — 20 units or 200 — so every unit matches regardless of build date.

Q2

Lead Time

Bid-stage quotes returned within 48 hours — fast enough for tender deadlines. Once awarded, stock series ship in 7 days; phased deliveries scheduled to your site's finish-trade sequence.

A Number You Can Actually Bid With

A quote that arrives after your tender deadline is worthless, and a price that moves after you've submitted a fixed bid to the property owner puts your margin at risk. We built our contractor pricing process to solve both problems at once — before you commit, and after.

Bid-stage quotes returned within 48 hours, valid through your tender window
Price locked for the full development once your contract is awarded
Same spec guaranteed across every phase, even years apart

"We locked the tile spec at bid stage and it held for the entire three-year build-out across four phases. No renegotiation, no colour mismatch between phase one and phase four — one less variable to manage on a project with a hundred of them."

Construction Company — Common Questions

Can you turn around a quote fast enough for a tender deadline?
Yes — bid-stage quotes for standard specs are typically returned within 48 hours. Complex custom specs may take slightly longer; let us know your deadline upfront and we'll flag if more time is needed.
Once we're awarded the contract, is the quoted price locked for the whole project?
Yes. Once a contract is awarded referencing our quote, pricing is locked for the full scope and duration outlined in that quote — including multi-phase developments spanning several years. Any material cost fluctuation on our end is absorbed by us, not passed to you mid-contract.
Can you coordinate delivery around our other finish trades?
Yes. Tell us your finish-trade sequence and site access windows, and we'll schedule delivery to land when your tiling crew is ready to start — not before, so it isn't sitting in the way of other trades on a constrained site.
What if the client requests a late-stage change to the spec?
We handle change orders directly — a spec substitution mid-project doesn't require renegotiating your entire contract, just a revised line item for the affected units or phase.
Do you provide warranty documentation we can pass through to the property owner?
Yes. We issue written product warranty terms alongside compliance certificates as part of your project documentation package, so you have material-level backing to support your own contractual liability to the owner.
